Interviewee List

Now, I am sure after the interesting and funny interview I gave with Divinyls' singer Chrissie Amphlett, a large amount of you are wondering who IN TOTAL I have interviewed, and who I DREAM of interviewing. Well, here those lists are, however the second one will never be complete, so I will limit it to LIVING people, and even though it will STILL never be complete I will just name however many I HAVE interviewed, an equal number.

Tommy Blogg TalkBox Interviews:

Christina Amphlett, Lead singer of the Australian "one-hit Wonder" rock band, The Divinyls.

Paul Scheer - VH1's panelist and extremely funny actor. Member of the Upright Citizens Brigade, and co-creator and star of VH1's "Human Giant".

Kevin John - AKA Bonez, the lovable but stylish contest from season one of VH1's "I Love New York". Aside from that, he currently appears on some cool webtoon and has a comedy act both alone, and with his comedy group, the Afromedians.

George W. Bush - It was a fake interview, but HEY! It was damned funny on YouTube.

Greg Fitzsimmons - Former writer for the Ellen DeGeneres Show, Radio Show host on "Howard 100" as well as a frequent guest on Howard Stern and has a running stand-up act and a duo comedy act with Artie Lange. This 4-Time Daytime Emmy Award Winner has a long road ahead of him.

John R. Dilworth - Amazingly witty and funny director, and creator/director/producer of the awesome cartoon "Courage The Cowardly Dog" and is currently working on a show called "Island of Dumb Monkeys" and either HAS DONE or IS DOING a short entitled "Garlic Boy". We wish him the best, and he, as well as all the interviewees here, will always be a "Friend of The Blogg".

Claudia Gonson - Pianist, Vocalist, and occasional guitarist for a personal favorite cult indie pop rock band "The Magnetic Fields". A very smart lady, and an empowerment to LGBT people of all ages, everywhere. :)

Well doesn't seem like a 14 year old did it huh?

The Tommy Blogg TalkBox Interviews...

This week on the Tommy Blogg TalkBox, I had the extreme pleasure of getting an interivew with Chrissie Amphlett, lead singer of the Australian rock band "The Divinyls" who made that wonderful mass-a-hit "Touch Myself" (You know which song. Don't be coy) and here is my interview with the lovely and talented Christina Amphlett;

Q; With a song like The Divinyls' massive hit "Touch Myself", do you think that massive hit overshadowed the rest of you guys' career. You guys had like 4 albums, aside from "Greatest Hits" albums, and after that song, noone seemed to stay on the Divinyls boat.

A: Hi Tommy,we actually did another album called Underworld in 94-96 and if you go to www.divinyls.com.au or Divinyls Official Myspace page you will find current material,video etc

Q: What are you crazy kids up to now?

A;Just finished a 14 date tour of Australia

Q: What do you consider your self in politics, Republican or Democrat?

A:You know I really am disillusioned by pollitics and being Australian and living in New York,I watch and read as much as I can but don't vote here.

Q:Where do you see your self in 10 years?

A:Have no idea

Q: What are your super powers?

A:my ability to move forward

Q: What is your weakness?

A:my right ankle

Q: If you were an animal, what would you be specifically?

A:a horse

Q: What do you, an influential figuire, think you have to offer the world in general?

A:My truth.

Q: Is there anything you have to say to my league of readers here on "The Tommy Blogg
Talk Box"?

A:Keep trying.

Q: I hope to get a follow-up with you and now consider you my friend? Do I reserve the right to call you a "famous friend" among the other celebritites who have been here on "TBTB"?

A:You can call me a friend as I don't do celebrity very well.

We wish Chrissie the best in her future endeavors, and all the luck in the world.
Seeya next time on "The Tommy Blogg Talkbox"!

O....M.....F.....G....

I am SO glad I flipped on Tyra today. They are doing a salute to the bra. And Tyra was juggling her breasts ALL DAY. I am not a sexist, or a harasser, and I just was REALLY happy.

Hey Hey Hey... Goodbye!

On Tuesday, Cuban president Fidel Castro announced that he is on his way OUT as Cubaa's incumbent leader. In a related note, 241 American hostages were found in Castros beard. When asked to comment, Castro said "I'm'a DYING!!!" and fell, breaking his hip. The sentence right before this one is completely not true, and should hold not legal repurcussions. But, in going with my CIVIL RIGHTS, I am poised to say that his autocratic and perpetual bullsh*t regime was opressive and hairy, and while president Bush wants to smooth things over with Cuba, my money is on Venezualan president (and America-Hater) Hugo Chavez will take over.

Hot Through The Years

I feel that no matter what age you are, you deserve some props for hotness/sexiness/cuteness no matter the age. Here is my favorite women who REALLY represent their age group the best, categorized by the decade;

60's: Dolly Parton, 62.

50's: Meryl Streep, 58.

40's: Jamie Lee Curtis. (but as for the younger half of their 40's, Liz Hurley)

30's: Lucy Liu.

20's: Natalie Portman

10's: Miranda Cosgrove (professional and graceful) and Jenette McCurdy (most loved)

Give it up!

Lindsarilyn?

Lindsay "I Drink All Day, Party All Night, Multiple Car Crashes, 8,000 Boy-Toys, Googy-Flashing, Coke-Breathing, Alchohol-Swimming, Freckle-Breasted It Girl, Inoocent Actress-Turned-Alchoholic Druggie" Lohan has posed for New York Magazine in homage to Marilyn Monroe. I've seen the pictures; Not quite as sexy as previously assumed. News at 6. Not really. It's 10:15 and after I more closely "examine" the photos, I'll get back to you guys.

P.s. Below is a pic of my beloved Natalie Portman exiting a restaurant (and looking fine if I might say) with a pair of shoes that make me blush with pride.

Dr. Jekyll and Mr.... Patrick Dempsey?

Is it just me who thinks that if Patrick Dempsey was older and had a cleft chin, he and Sean Penn would be IDENTICAL? To prove my point, here is a picture i did with the only change being what McDreamy is wearing. Take a look at this.

A Little Nugget of My Mind

I just thought of a little funny you might enjoy.

Sex is like Halley's Comet;
One anticipates it and anticipates it,
and in the end,
everyone is tired and disappointed.

Darn The Luck...

Leave it to me to have an astounding request, and get an actual CALLBACK from the CHICAGO BULLS NBA TEAM, and I am 14. Damn it. If I was a recent college graduate, the internship job would be MINE, and maybe even a paying gig. Damn it. Well, I hope to go back there when I graduate college, and maybe I CAN lol :) - Tommy

mmmm.... eclaires

Hey guys! I've said multiple times before that I was eclectic and random, and if this list of my library (yeah, I said I'm a nerd) books is any indicator, then you know;

- Beginner's French
- The Complete Idiot's Guide to A Healthy Relationship
- The Everything Buddhist Book
- a Charles Darwin biography
- 1000 Best Job Hunting Secrets
- The Physics of Superheroes

Oh, and all of this information would be helpful if I Need to get a job in Tibet as a flying, telekinetic, buddhist at the Charles Darwin Museum in France. And face it, it could happen.

UpDates!

I went to my sister Emily's Spirit Squad practice yesterday. I don't remember much, except the clearly older woman was wearing a thong to a grade school cheerleading thing. I was dashing in my favorite scarf and Michael Stipe glasses, or "Stipe Specs" as I call them. I came home and downloaded a few (7) songs from my Magnetic Fields' new album, Distortion. It seems like an eternity ago when I did my interview with the lovely and talented Claudia Gonson, doesn't it? I also like to listen to their old song "I Think I Need A New Heart" when I need to gallop somewhere.

Also, I just want to mention my lovely and amazing girlfriend Karissa, who is always great to blab about. And I assume she will be fine with Natalie Portman being a part of my life during the relationship lol. The more I listen to the new MF album, the less it seems like a resonant distorted static-fest, which is what they aimed for, and more like a 50% lovely, 50% Sad and Angry, not to say all of the Magnetic Fields' work isn't jst the same. As well as this, I find the song "Everybody Hurts" much less sad when I have a girlfriend. I am going to go read and watch "Discovery Channel", and finish (in my second day of reading it) Blaze by Stephen King as Richard Bachman.

Go to my latest group effort with my company, FishNChips Entertainment, at making a coherent and funny show. If you are too lazy to go to the youtube page link at the middle-right of the screen, here's a right click to the new show, Television.TV;
